The Austin Travis County Mental Health Mental Retardation Center (ATCMHMR) is seeking volunteers to help staff the upcoming Texas African-American Family Support Conference. Volunteers are needed on Friday, February 15, 2008 and Saturday, February 16, 2008. You’ll assist with check-in, help presenters as needed, help collect evaluation forms and lunch tickets, and provide general assistance as needed. All volunteers are welcome to attend any of the educational sessions and lunch for free. The conference takes place at the Omni Hotel at Southpark in South Austin.
